Order Cancellation Conditions
Orders placed with Navilentro (hereinafter referred to as "we") can be cancelled directly if they have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement. Orders that exceed 48 hours after placement or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may wait for delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.
