Order Confirmation and Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) on working days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00) will start processing the same day.

Orders after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time is 1–3 working days before shipment.
Shipping Information

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom only.

Orders above £120 are eligible for free shipping. Orders £120 or less incur a £8 delivery fee.

Estimated delivery after shipment is 6–11 working days, handled by UPS.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your order number, payment summary, and carrier details.

You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of our store using your email or phone number and order number.
Return and Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Eligible conditions: product defects, quality issues, unusual odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, or returns without a specific reason.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if not yet shipped.

Orders placed over 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery.
