Navilentro (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides a simple and secure online shopping experience. This guide explains how to place orders, make payments, track shipments, and handle returns or cancellations.

Browsing and Placing an Order

  1. Browse our online store to view available items.

  2. Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart.

  3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.

  4. Fill in your shipping address and contact information accurately.

Payment Process

  1. We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.

  2. At checkout, select your preferred payment method and enter the required card information.

  3. Confirm your payment. Once successful, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and payment summary.

Order Confirmation and Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) on working days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00) will start processing the same day.

  • Orders after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time is 1–3 working days before shipment.

Shipping Information

  • We deliver throughout the United Kingdom only.

  • Orders above £120 are eligible for free shipping. Orders £120 or less incur a £8 delivery fee.

  • Estimated delivery after shipment is 6–11 working days, handled by UPS.

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with your order number, payment summary, and carrier details.

  • You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of our store using your email or phone number and order number.

Return and Exchange Process

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Eligible conditions: product defects, quality issues, unusual odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, or returns without a specific reason.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our support via email or phone with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. If approved, we provide a return address and instructions.

    3. Ship the item to the designated address and wait for receipt.

    4. We will inspect the item and, if conditions are met, arrange a refund.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact support with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. Approved requests receive a return address.

    3. Return the item to the designated address.

    4. After inspection, we will ship a replacement within 1–3 working days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard).

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 working days. Contact us if delays occur.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if not yet shipped.

  • Orders placed over 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery.

  • To cancel, contact support via email or phone with order number and payment proof.

  • Approved cancellations will be confirmed, and refunds processed to the original payment method.
