Approved cancellations are processed immediately, with refunds issued within 1–3 working days to the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible reasons: product defects, quality issues, unusual odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, or returns without specific reasons.
