Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom only.

Deliveries to destinations outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.
Shipping Charges

Orders over £120 qualify for free shipping.

Orders of £120 or less incur a £8 delivery fee.
Cut‑off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) during regular working days (Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00) will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day.
Handling Time
Once your order is accepted, it will be processed within 1–3 working days before shipment.
Estimated Transit Time
After shipment, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–11 working days.
Carrier
All shipments are handled by UPS to ensure tracking and delivery reliability.
Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing your order number, billing summary, and carrier details.

You can track your order status on the “Order Tracking” page of our website by entering your email or phone number and order number.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If an item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with UPS to resolve the issue.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Changes to shipping details or cancellations after dispatch are managed through the carrier’s process and may not be guaranteed.

Delivery Address Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or result in additional charges.
