Return Process

Exchange Process

  2. Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the designated return address. Wait until we receive the item.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment.

  2. Processing time: Depending on the card issuer, refunds typically appear within 1-3 business days. Contact us if delays occur.

Return Label

  • We provide a return label for approved returns to simplify the shipping process.

  • For items eligible for free returns, the label will be sent via email.

  • Customers must securely attach the return label to the package when shipping back to us.

Shipping Fees

  • For items with visible defects, quality issues, severe color differences, odor problems, or incorrect delivery, we cover return shipping costs.
